How do you make sure some of the projects, innovations and changes you implement have the desired outcomes for those they impact? So Mark, we'll start with you for this one. Yeah, thank you for that Adam. Has anyone got anything called do you want to add to that? I just want to, it's very good and it's very easy sometimes to say and to stay focused in what you're doing. We find especially in mental health that the wraparound, the bigger system can provide an absolute stellar service for an individual but if everything else is falling apart around them then it's not. But yeah, so you know, you can do an absolute brilliant job enhancing the experience
