Mindfulness Meditation - Taking a Sip of Water

We're going to first see how we feel about ourselves and try to integrate that into a much more accurate sense of we are. So close the eyes and just observe yourself, bringing your attention to your internal experienceletting the world around you become blurred,. In trying to find some sensation that's internal, that other people wouldn't be able to see, only you're aware of these sensations. And now what i encourage you to doi, have a sip of water, is to find a really comfortable, seated position for our meditation.
