We're so used to not being aware of those data points until it's to the point of inflammation, exactly. When we are disorganized, in a little messy in our home of our body, we sense it. We sense it and it comes out in different ways that we're not even, like, self aware of. I just want to give ourselves a fiting chance to feel our best. And so it really starts in our body.
