What Are the Most Important for Cooldowns Very Quickly?

There are two goals of cooldowns and they differ and vary, but I think number one is to return your body and mind to kind of a baseline normal state. So you're shifting your body away from this breakdown and consume mode to a hopefully repair rebuild recover mode. If you wanted to look at it in terms of hormones, you're trying to decrease and get rid of or you know, yeah, decrease the amount of stress hormones which were great for getting you amped.
