The Importance of Hydration in Strength Sports
Research on NBA teams and professional basketball around the amount of dehydration that's so common, especially by the end of games. In general, when we exercise, you start sweating in most environments unless it is extremely cold outside. On top of internal metabolic heat production that your body's going to sweat to eliminate heat, you have the external environment. So I would say dehydration and heat at the same time is a stressful situation.
