Stress Is Not the Enemy, Right?

A little bit of stress can be good for us, right? Yeah, for sure. I mean, stress is not the enemy and it helps us to perform. Every time you exert and use that stress response, your body wants something back in terms of nutrition, social connection, rest and replenishment. If we don't replenish, if we don't give something back to the system, it's a bit like taking cash out of a bank account and never putting any back in.
