The Importance of Community for People With ADHD
I think gathering people with ADHD is the goal I think having them be around each other and finally feel valued and be able to be comfortable and free. That's like the goal of why I do the podcast it's why I do Instagram, because I see how important it is when people with ADHD get together period. It doesn't even matter what they're talking about if they're there to learn or if they're there to color or paint or just have a conversation for me that's critical. What you really are facilitating is that community the the belonging the validation and that is so valuable for people with ADHD. You want to just keep creating that for people yeah absolutely.
