Roland Martin says conservatives have been deploying rhetoricalst s for hundreds of years. He argues that they pose as the realistic truth tellers in their arguments. They say it would be wonderful if everyone could have health care by but then the buck comes in and they say, "It just doesn't work that way" It's a strategy for achieving that goal is am going to produce all these perverse effects, or it's futile, he says.
