When you get to that place of discomfort where you just kind of click in, at the project we call it where the switch flips. Preparation gets you there because you become familiar with the process. And if you are feeling like this is scary, I have doubt, I have uncertainty, what if I can't and you're living in the past, meaning I've tried something like this before and it hasn't worked. See, that's the resistance that we have to remove.
