Promotion Minded Goals - How to Celebrate Progress
So i'm currently, and have been for a little while, on a loss journey. I want to build mussel and lose some fat and get to what i believe for me is a a healthier weight and one that i'm happier with. So i've got this large goal of losing, i believe it's like 20 or 25 pounds. Now the reason i like this is because it gave me the option to break up my large weight lost goal into ten different milestones, and it only tracks the next milestone. If your promotion minded, with specific goal you have, then milestones might be a powerful way for you to get and stay motivated. And the next is sort of built off of that
