For each of those four stages, you can just invert the laws to break bad habits. So rather than make the cues obvious, make em invisible. Rather n make your habit attractive, make it unattractive. Make it difficult instead of make it easy, and mak it unsatisfying. The more tat you do those four things, the less likely it becomes that you slide into these bad behaviors.
