The House of Equilibrium

In college, Will Finnerty taught us about this idea called the House of equilibrium. The goal is to find an equilibrium in these homes, but not all at once. So I'm very grateful for the early years of Sweet Green. We were working seven days a week nonstop. It was just our whole entire life. And so I don't think it's sustainable to do that for 20, 30, 40 years. But I think at certain moments in your life, that extra grind is absolutely necessary.
