The Pros and Cons of PLG
A lot of companies struggle with what's the ROI of our ABM thing. If you want to have significant user expansion in enterprise accounts, you're going to have to figure out your enterprise value proposition. Companies don't create a timeline that makes sense for a type of program like this. PLG companies still think very short term and performance-oriented even when going after enterprise accounts. There is no existing framework to operationalize it together.
