As we age, you don't want to lose muscle because A, it's going to affect your ability to burn fat and B, muscle is the organ of longevity. Those of you who have done ozempic and you're looking, you like that as a weight loss tool, I want to give you a very, very huge warning sign. In long term, that is actually going to make you gain more weight. So please, please, please be careful of that. There's no magic bullet to weight loss. Don't fall prey to some of these new weight loss medications.
