Organized play generally uses published adventures and the walls of the campaign are porous. Some instances in organized play where you can create your own adventure content. For Oracle of War, we had a way for you to create your own adventures and interspersed them with the published adventures. But it's that extra set of rules on top that generally differentiates an organized play program from a home game.
