Does a Nap Make You More Productive?

We experience about 20 to 30 minutes of tiredness for every 90 minute period of higher energy. A nap is the exact same thing, where you find that you're a bit tired and hit a wall. Another 20, 25, 30 minutes depending on I would say how quickly you fall asleep so that you don't get into the deeper sleep stages.
