The Difference Between Women and Men in Strength Training

Women in my experience have a really hard time progressing off and on lower rep ranges. Even the lowest weight on cable stacks can be problematic to use if you want to do high rep work. And then increasing reps, they're a lot better at that. So I think it's just a mostly a practical matter, but it might be some physiology behind it as well.
