How to Train Like a Shaco Lifter

We don't use a lot of pauses and stuff like that like Shaco would because I don't want to slow lifters down. Like most lifters that start with me, they don't have a strong athletic background. So if I can find better ways to develop their technical mastery without having to slow them down, that works better. We're getting similar, similar load variability distribution is what like a Shaco program would while using the same methods of developing strength that Westside does. And we also go between max effort and sub max effort exposures week to week because beginners and intermediates do need more volume.
