The Importance of Real, but Not True Beliefs

We hold on very tightly to beliefs that pass us out. We have what's called a confirmation bias, which means we merge to the world with a filter of looking for evidence that supports them. So when we assume our belief is true, we just assume that there's no room for possibilities for new information. The training in waking up out of limiting stories and beliefs requires curiosity and courage.
