The Power of Shoulds

I think shoulds are about a point in which I have come away from how I feel. That's actually when I start noticing my shoulds. So if we take the example of exercise for instance, I very often don't feel like doing a workout, but I know that I should. Why? Because I know that it's good for me physically. The reason I feel better afterwards is because I've earned the rest of my day to do more what I want.
