Body Weight Is the Wrong Metric

A body weight is actually not the relevant thing to focus on. The metric that we're after is lean body mass. If you are morbidly obese, or if you're just a little fatter than you want to be, and you improveif you do this programme, your body composition will improve. Your fat will go down and your muscle will go up. Don't be extreme. This is a gradual process. We're not going to try to get an overweight gal to lose 20 pounds in a month. These extreme points of view,. these extreme ideological viewpoints, are not conducive to a sustainable, ongoing processthat's going to get you the results that you want.
