How to Control Your Tension
One of the most helpful things for me is standing up out of the saddle and coasting with one leg down and the opposite hand being the main one on the handlebars, like the other one's just a passenger is just sitting there. What you'll find is that counterbalance in between your right leg and your left hand or vice versa. And then once you start to get that relationship of what that tension feels like, then you'll start to actually be contracting all of your muscles when you link it all together.
