The basic principle of calisthenic is you want to start doing some push-ups simple as that from there. You need to train your core which by the way if your core is solid your whole body is solid it's not called core for no reason then movement from there. Everything will require process and discipline and practice practice makes perfect but you can practice in a way that is more efficient than just practicing.
