The book is not about criticising the low carbhi fat at all. The way in which i have gone about producing the book is to actually give you all the facts, and for you to go away and make the right choice for you. In some situations, it may be the right choice - we know there are lots of medical conditions where actually going low carbhifat can be of an advantage. By what i always say is, if you choose this path and it is working for you right now, then read the book,. And just be aware of the potential symptoms or the potential problems that may come up.
