What are the key metrics that you have the ability to change? What levers can you pull? Yes. For some athletes, what i see is that ther their fat max is basically within their base range. At others it's a little bit more separate. So we would take that, and that's what i think about, okay, how are we going to give you strain on this system? And that's where a in a volume of that intensity, and we look at just how can we sort of compound that for you.
