If i could advise parents, i'd be not to let the kid get near the screen till they're mature enough to make decisions about it. No digital toys for babies, no eye pad for little kids, no computer screens. Let them play in the dirt with a toy dog or a stick and a puddle of water. Play is what helps the mind develop. We know from studies now that exposure to digia technology actually interferes with the healthy development of the brain. This has been shown on brain scans that the circus that have to do with social relationships and independent thinking just don't develop as well under the impct of vigital exposure. So my advice to parents is,
