Johnny: My hypothesis going into this now is that this widget is either too high up on the page as blocking content or it's too heavy on the page load. If I see too many people are clicking onto this widget and leaving the page, maybe I want to go for an approach that doesn't take people off the page. That's kind of what I would do.
