Using Tangerines in a Salad I've Never Thought of Doing That

i've never thought of using the rind as well so that's something i i'm gonna have to try um i think baking them we do that a lot actually with sort of that smaller citrus is we'll just peel it but now i don't know how i'll get around the peeling of it.
