Gut Health and Bloating

If someone suffers from bloating then I'd suggest eating smaller portions throughout the day and definitely trying not to skip meals. If my clients are eating a lot of known gas-producing foods so things like beans, pulses, cauliflower kind of everyday and large quantities then I suggest just reducing their intake of these slightly. There's a lot of talk on obviously about gut health anyway in general but it can be over-hyped because we need a lot more research.
