What Are Your First Moves on Direct to Consumer?

The average order value when i got here was sub 50 dollars, forty nine dollars. So the first thing that we had to do was really drive that up. We wanted to turn our director consumer high key dot com. To date, our average or value now for first time customers is over 70 dollars. I would say that that as that has borne more fruit than anything else that i've done since i've been here.
