CrossFit is inherently more dangerous than clean and jerk and bench press, right? Just as an example. So I think one of the things that you're going to really look at is stability. We talked in an earlier podcast about in the off season spending time doing gymnastics strength work using eccentric tempos pauses in the bottom, pauses at the top. All those things can all be trained, but they're going to have to be done consistently and in a progressive manner.
