50 digital habits, as you call digital habit labs. The first one is to avoid early morning tecus. A more interesting side of my habit is that my phone is actually squeezed between the time that i allow myself to start my day and the time i start writing. I'm supposed to have rituals that take an hour from the minute i wake up till i finish my rituals. So my phone gets squeezed for around, ou know, five, seven minutes rushed before i started writing. And i think it feels very grateful that i touch it at all.
