I think if you invest and build trust with a person, you understand a little bit of where they might be coming from as well. It's really important to let people figure their stuff out because you want them to problem, solve on their own. They have a unique problem in solving the approach. And they're really good at what they do. That's why they are where they are. So it's been a challenge though. But I think I'm getting better in it.

Trust is like a jar of marbles.
Each marble in the jar can represent a positive interaction that helps build trust between two people.
