Handstan Training
A lot of students strugglng with this, especially the ones that want to develop their hand stan and their er strength sgills at the same time. At some point, when you've been training handstands for years, then a handstan session doesn't need to be fatiguing at all. But if i don't do this, i can easily have a one hour, one and a half hour a handstan sessio, even without getting a sense of fatigue at all. Oh, there's a lot of things too to consider, and and that is one of them.
