As a 16 person company, i'd say that was probably the job that actually prepared me more for my opportunity to oracle than maybe any otherand for many reasons. It really helped me have a broader point of view versus even the few companies i'd worked for. And having that agile proc been essential to helping us continue to better serve our customers in building out our model.
