As your strength increases, generally, if the weight's the same and it's light, you have to decelerate faster. So ic accommodate the resistance based off of their levers so that we get the best of both worlds. I'm keeping em strong, but the value of the strength is slightly different because i'm also taking load off of them in a more, i don't want to say injury prone, but in a more disadvantageous position.
