The Importance of Specialization in Hybrid Training

The opposite of this hybrid training model that I talk about is specialization. Specialization is the process of concentrating on and becoming an expert in a particular subject or skill. There's a time and place, there's a time, place and goal that requires specialization. However, for majority of the population who's not focused on some level of specialization, I truly believe that the hybrid training and lifestyle bridges the gap between performance and health optimization. But it is the most effective, most optimal for everyone else. I truly, truly believe that.
