With drywall, probably not deadlifting because you're left lifting stuff all day But maybe it's just like some hard core Like ab Yeah core strength that you're gonna workYou're gonna you know and that's gonna strengthen your lower back It's gonna offset all the pressure that you put in your back all day. You'll feel way better too and you'd be surprised how much easier the work becomes with that diet.
