I have one of the eight sleeps that you put on your bed and track. It's such a snitch anytime I have wine before going to sleep or coffee. Like half your listeners, I'm obsessed with Andrew Hooverman. He told me to dive out the window of the seventh floor and land flat in my face on the sidewalk. Instead of what's good for my health, I'd probably do it.
