Is Running Cardio Better Than Cycling?

The usefulness of endurance training depends on the context and so just thinking about this practically let's say that you've got family history of cardiovascular disease I think there's probably a stronger rationale to include it than if you didn't have that family history. Whether it's likely to beneficial is going to depend on your more fometry some people refer to as morphology or think of your anthropometry. The heavier that you are the more stressed something like running is going to put through your joints and that wear and tear is really important to your progress in the long term.
