Discovery offers are generally fixed priced and they'll be like maybe 10 to anywhere from like 10 to 20 hours of works perd out across anywhere from like three to six weeks. Most of the discovery offers that we see, so across the board, they tend to range somewhere between 1500 to 15,000. But a good opportunity to leapfrog people. If you've got the cash flow to do it. Yeah. There's very little risk involved with these offers is that if a buyer is not going to say yes for 15,000? And so this is again, part of what I'm talking about in terms of getting your foot in the door but also bringing an abundance mindset as well
