Using Measures of a Complexity to Assess Fatigue

In fatigue studies, your participant really has to have a good picture of what the talk is doing. What i saw as the fatiguing contractions were progressing was that they got more and more regular in their pattern. So you could start to see something that was an obvious pattern appearing. And it just so happened that my er wife, she wasn't my wife at the time,. It's not why i married her, but a she was really good at signal processing; done some complexity work in her phd. She said on that therere plenty of metrics we can use to actually tease out what's happening here. We essentially used measures which we call approximate entropy and detrended fluctuation
