Is There a Difference Between Sincerity and Integrity?
Sincerity is like I could hear you out. And completely and really never talk about myself at all. As long as I'm sincerely interested, you're going to want to deal with me again. People want a reputation to precede you in a way that brings you business. If I have a reputation of being reasonable, sincere and having integrity, when we have a disagreement, you're probably going to actually listen to me because of my reputation. You're also going to be willing to trust me.
