If you have an aura ring or a whoop watch, you can actually track this and start to correlate it between when I go walk my 10K steps and how long I slept. You're one good workout away from getting quality sleep. Sometimes people just aren't quite getting enough activity throughout the day. And therefore their sleep quality suffers.
