How to Develop a Long Run in a Hundred Mile Race
"I really like having that compartmentalization and i think you can do that when you have distances as long as a hundred miles because an intensity that i can say for 12 to 15 minutes is so unimportant in terms of what i'm going to actually use during a hundred mile race," he said. "It's more like be fit like aerobically foundationally than like four to six weeks roughly targeting short intervals or 4 to 6 weeks targeting longer intervals" He added, "If you're on a little bit of a tighter timeline or if you want to try to squeeze in an extra races in a year i think being really precise in those is important"
