How Much Time Should You Spend on Your Sessions?

The sessions that I will typically write will be you know we're looking to achieve a roughly a certain distance so yeah going by that usually going a bit more by by time spent and also for people who might be working they might have kids. At the minimum we usually want the session to be an hour which is probably the the least you'd want it to be if you're doing three sums a week.
