There's some research that suggests that that increase on mosl protin synthesis becomes a shorter the more trained you are. And therefore, if you're very trained, you should train almost daily. A, because you're lucky if your mp s increase even less a day if you're trained. To be fair, that is not as well established as some people suggest.
