The more skilled you are, the less energy you use. The single worst place for an offense alignment to be is on your back with somebody on top of you. We've done dead bugs because they were an ISO stability test that we used to assess people when we taught the cross-the-football seminars. I was blessed with excellent hip mobility. So it's the only thing I got. You know, I got a chip in my knee. I'm limited range of motion on my right knee. But what I've done is I've made up for it by having really good hip mobility, which I credit the dead bug with. And so now it does not become your conditioning. That
