Pathfinder: A Perfect Storm
Pathfinder was viable specifically in a perfect storm sort of way because it wasn't, we need you to change to this new game we're making. You can stay and keep playing the game you've been playing without doing anything. If you make a fifth edition clone, if you make a tails from the Valley, you will likely be competing against Wizards of the Coast in the same arena,. which is both good and bad. It's not any different than what's happening now if you buy a cobalt press supplement.
