The Benefits of Cold Therapy and Heat Therapy

I think both heat therapy and cold therapy of any kind. I generally keep around 10 degrees and once or twice a week, you know, I will do three four sets of one minute each. Overall, I think both cold and heat as I understand it work in a different manner. But most of it boils down to this whole idea of controlled stress. And when you put your body into a managed control stress situation, then body reacts to that world.
